I played my song with other bands more than 25 years ago and this live music video with SONIC LiQUID is also a bit older (recorded in the BLUESHELL Club, Cologne, November, 2016), but the topic is still relevant!
I remain positive and optimistic and I strongly believe that better times will come!
The latest version (which sounds completely different!) was never recorded. So this new version can only be heard live – whenever this will be in these CORONA times!!).
Sometimes Sarah and I find the time to make music together at the weekend. This time we even recorded one of those rare moments. so you hear and see one of our favorite cover songs, which is from the movie “Once”.
I am so excited because I will perform with my band SONIC LiQUID a full evening at the Eifeler Musikcafé in Schmidtheim (http://musikcafe.eifel-seiten.de/Home) today (start: 20:30). Admission is free, but we are happy to be supported! 🙂
We have already played there once and it was a great experience. So let’s see what will happen this time!
I am honored to have been invited by the “Rock Initiative Pulheim e.V.” with my band SONIC LiQUID at their festival called “Rock für Toleranz gegen Gewalt 2019” (Rock for Tolerance and against Violence 2019).
We will be one of about 15 bands (see picture) and our performance slot is scheduled between 8pm and 10pm and will last approx. 30 minutes.
It will be great! So don’t miss it!
Where: Jugendzentrum Pogo, Zur offenen Tür 10, 50259 Pulheim, Germany
Yes – finally we made it. After publishing our new album “SiNS” on different online music platforms (e.g. itunes, Spotify, YouTube,…..) our Extended Play (EP) album is out now and also available as nice silver disk (- mainly on our concerts).
Album release show will be at Osters Rudi, Hartwichstr. 26-28, Cologne, Germany, 16th March 2019, Start: 8pm – admission is free.
The concert with SONIC LiQUID in the “Theater im Walzwerk” in Pulheim, Germany (Saturday, 23rd February 2019) was a great event and we enjoyed it very much – not just the performance on stage but also meeting the other bands (Colored Lights, Selfish Mule and Root of Sound) and having some fun before, during and after the concert.
We definitely like the atmosphere at this location – fantastic people, super equipment (sound and light) incl. a nice backstage area.
Thanks to all for all the nice feedback we received after this gig.
The picture shows Armin, Ralph, Jens and Thomas during the sound check (from left to right)! 🙂
